Note: Phase 1 (Lead and Coal between I-25 and Washington) is now completed.

Phase 2: WORK IS CONTINUING ON COAL AVENUE BETWEEN BROADWAY AND I-25
Crews are working on the north side of Coal Avenue SE from Broadway to I-25. Traffic is shifted onto one lane of Coal Avenue from Broadway to I-25 during construction. Intersections are closed, and NO right turns are allowed at Coal and Arno, Coal and Edith, Coal and Walter, Coal and High, and Coal and Elm. Crews are installing bulb outs to calm traffic and ADA-compliant ramps at intersections and relocating storm drainage inlets. This work is expected to last through mid-March 2013.

Work on the south side of Lead Avenue from Broadway to I-25 has been completed.
